Missing your Caribbean roots? This is definitely a classic Venezuelan Dessert…whose ABUELA didn’t make it? Layers of angel cake a.k.a “BIZCOCHO” soaked in spiced syrup and rum, alternating with coconut creamy custard and crowned with shredded coconut and cinnamon. Four words for you: DE-LI-CIO-SO.
