Our factory´s SUPERSTAR! The Tres Leches dessert is a Latin American symbol, and our original formula has been the best in South Florida since 2001! We combined the traditional recipe with our own personal, multilatino, delicious touch, and the result is this fluffy sponge REALLY soaked in a luscious, unique blend of milks and cream (‘TRES’ in total) and covered with our natural, homemade style, shinny, virtually fat free Italian meringue. Missing your Caribbean roots? This is definitely a classic Venezuelan Dessert…whose ABUELA didn’t make it? Layers of angel cake a.k.a “BIZCOCHO” soaked in spiced syrup and rum, alternating with coconut creamy custard and crowned with shredded coconut and cinnamon. Four words for you: DE-LI-CIO-SO.

We put together abuela´s ‘quesillo’, ‘leche volteada’ ‘flan de leche acaramelado’ ‘leche asada’ ‘pudim de leite condensado’ ‘crème caramel’ and granny´s caramel custard to create our unique caramel flan recipe. We then added a touch of natural orange peel for scent, and made-from-scratch , bitter sweet caramel to complete this delectable experience. Our caramel flan is out-this-world good, guaranteed!
